After many weeks of unsuccessful searches, we found the apartment we were looking for renting through the agency. Very responsive and available, the agent helped us from the first visit until the signing of the lease. Our case was studied quickly and taken seriously straight away. The inventory was carefully made and the agency was very available.

If only I could have put 0! You are looking for an agency that focuses on quantity rather than quality, do not hesitate. I entrusted them with the sale of my apartment in June and I would have done better to do it myself since in the end I had to make up for their mistakes in order to be able to sign the compromise. Between the approximate skills of the two salespeople and repeated lies, the buyer ended up contacting me a week before the signing of the compromise in order to take stock and they did well. To avoid assuming, the salespeople made me look like a liar, it's so much easier. Fortunately I had done everything in writing and that I had proof ... Which is terrible to have to justify yourself when you are a customer! I contacted the agency director so that she could find a solution, which she did from an acquiring point of view (of course the signature and therefore their commission was at stake). Concerning me, she had to call me back, she only has one word, she told me and what her salespeople had done was unacceptable. After 3 weeks of waiting still nothing, I restart it, it must call me back the next day without fail ... Its next day has lasted for two days! In the end, they are the same as his minions without any professional conscience. I was expecting at MINIMUM an apology from the sales people, which I think is understandable. Well, not only do I not have the right to do so, but I am also made to feel that my remarks do not please me. What matters is their commission, and I understand the degraded image of real estate agents when you come across this kind of agency .... SELLERS FLEE !!!

I bought two apartments from this agency. I entrusted the management of one of these apartments to this agency. Everything is fine. Rents are collected regularly, management documents are also provided regularly. If I need administrative assistance I contact them and everything is resolved quickly. I am very satisfied with the service offered, the availability and the responsiveness of the agency.

We have entrusted the sale of our home to this agency, we would have done better to abstain. The sales people who took care of the visits were bad and lying. And no feedback from management. It is a shame to have to wait for the signing of the compromise and the authentic instrument to have a "confrontation" and "explanations". They managed to put us off real estate agencies.
