Magnificent cruise between Valence and Tournon sur Rhône. The passage of the great lock is impressive! Very nice crew. Very pleasant boat. Compensation for a delay linked to the previous lock by glasses of water and 1 coffee! Independently there is a lack of shade and benches at the port of Valence "Mistral"

After a bad telephone reception ("get by by looking at the website"), we nevertheless chose to trust this company (especially given the positive reviews). We have planned a bike loop with a part on this boat. We waited for confirmation of the trip (since it is only possible from 16 people). Once the confirmation was received, we reserved the rest of our itinerary (accommodation, activities, mastrou for the return trip). Unfortunately, the morning of our departure by boat (scheduled for 9:30 am), we realize that our trip has been canceled (email received at 12:23 am) because people have canceled. The trip is therefore no longer profitable for the company since they reimburse last minute withdrawals. We had planned to do 55 km of bike that day with our children of 10 and 12 years ..... We therefore made 77 with a bitter taste in the face of this lack of professionalism in order not to lose the commitments already paid. Cruises must be fun .... But you must not be dependent on their organization.

For Heritage Days it was indicated the possibility of a walk but it was not indicated the possibility of booking. We arrived on Saturday and were told that the boat was full because all the seats were already reserved. We were therefore offered to return the next day with a reservation. The next day we arrived with 2 minutes late and there was no more room on the small boat while the day before we waited for a group of 15 people with 10 minutes late. It takes three and a half hours to get there; I advise against.
