We are returning from a stay in Playa Del Carmen in Mexico. Everything went well as planned at the level of Diego's organization and his team. Great hotel well located, no sargasses, availability and friendliness of the Mexican staff. Only two big problems that Promovacances handled well: 1 / accident of a family member followed by the agency and well supported by the insurance, 2 / two days before our return to France, we learn that our TGV Paris / Lyon is deleted. Situation that Diego and his team treated quickly so that we can go home. We thank Diego, Kelly and his team for their professionalism, efficiency and support. See you soon for new adventures.

I make a comment straight Senegal where we have just learned that instead of having our full Thursday to enjoy the safari, we would spend in the planes for the return. Even before buying the tickets we asked the agency if we had the Thursday or not because the schedule seems weird. They confirm us yes and several times. It's Monday and we just learned that we were MENTI! They sold us 8 days of excursions and we actually only have 6 days! Scam? I do not advise the agency Promovacances for any trip! I do not criticize Senegal or the excursions that were great and even less the companions who are great! . I reproach Promovacances for doing poorly! And when we call the only answer we have: It's your fault! Flee Promovacances !! That's what it gives when you trust people on words ...
