Rude and unprofessional because after confirming the appointment the night before he let us wait for 1 hour without deigning to answer the phone ... worse still by hanging up on the customer !! No excuse, no call to cancel, no answer to the phone call or text when he knew we were waiting. Very rude and unprofessional, absolutely do not recommend. It is a shame for the profession. Above all, do not call on him.
