Birth list made online null! And if we validate the list we cannot delete or remove the products! Obliged to go through a store! Even my list created online there store can not delete it! 😂

We took this shop for our son's birth list. The system is good with a kitty for parents with the privilege card. The store is big with a lot of choices. The team was very nice for the birth list. However he is not very tradesman. My best friend made big purchases and they did not want to give anything, not even a pacifier or a bottle. I do not find it very commercial, otherwise I would have 5 stars

A catastrophic customer service for an order made online. Delivery request in the 15th. .. Package delivered to Vitry sur Seine! Unable to redirect and nothing will be done for at least one month neither refund nor new shipment. It's a total scam with a deplorable customer follow-up.

Barely a hello when returning nobody came to see us, we were there for a birth list, despite a few questions to the saleswoman, she just took the time to answer us more than quickly .... suddenly we went elsewhere too bad .....
