My sofa had some faults, I reported it to the store which forwarded it to the factory. It took a few months, but my couch was changed. I am satisfied with the product, the listening and the attention of the store team, as well as the brand. I think that to be well taken care of in the event of a problem, you have to communicate well from the start.
Poltronesofa store in Sorgues
Following a panel pressed during delivery on the leather sofa that we had bought in April, we shared it with Poltronesofa the next day with supporting photos. The seller forwarded the complaint to his management and we had the happy surprise on September 27 that we received a standard exchange for our sofa.

We came to this store with the firm intention of buying our next sofa, unfortunately for us it was without taking into account an Execrable Seller (a bald Mr. at the back of the store) who will treat you like less than nothing and who allows himself to think about whether he wants to sell something. It is clear that you have to act quickly to get out of the way because he has several clients at the same time. DAMAGE!
Sofa made in china, possibly assembled in Italy, TV advertising makes you want to buy only positive phase, so good luck, especially if you have to do with the after sales service (allow 4 months of delay)
