They took 3 months to install my kitchen with 3 different installers. 4 months later I change the dishwasher, I need a door trim 2 months delay ... it's finally available 2 1/2 after the day of removal, the order is missing the moisture! It’s a terrible business I strongly advise against dealing with them

Store that does not follow Schmidt's quality charter. No gratitude to customers. Deadline not respected and follow-up non-existent. The installer comes and does not even have the plans with the dimensions. The manager must call us back following an order error on the work plan or a strip is missing on one side + doors with a defect observed during transport. 1 week no call 👍 We are still waiting to know the deadline and given the delay in delivery, the charter provides for compensation of € 100 per week (kitchen has more than € 19,000 anyway. Kitchen planned for installation 24/02 (contract signed) actual installation July 7 (i.e. 10 weeks deducting COVID) I think I have to use legal voices to get answers.

After 2 Schmidt kitchens, we tried the TV cabinet: very sober, tailor-made and therefore perfectly suited to its location and content; and really very practical because always the large Schmidt quality drawers. Not to mention that on cashmere gray the dust is completely invisible and the maintenance of the furniture is child's play;) So certainly a certain cost, but a real success. Thanks Julie!

Run away! Too bad, we can't put 0! Kitchen ordered in December 2019 for a new house. The confinement arrives during which we were to come and take the measurements. No info. After xx reminders, I am told that they will do nothing by invoking the case of force majeure (by email, while the contract indicates a letter in RAR). June arrives date of installation. No info. After another xx reminders I am told that the delivery will be postponed by 4 months -> So I will live for 3 months without a kitchen! No commercial gesture but I am asked to pay in full (delivery and installation as soon as possible). Delivery arrives mid-September. Will be shifted once and I am asked for the full payment otherwise I am threatened not to ask ... Obviously it is an unfair contract term for almost 20 years but they do not care. Upon delivery, I indicate that I want to open all the boxes to check the goods (as it is written in the contract). The delivery people refuse and push me to sign the delivery slip. I have even been able to report a scratch on the sink but I missed the damaged door. The installation arrives at the end of September. we see the errors (damaged door, missing a piece of duct cover above the hood, furniture adjustment could be improved, not the right equipment for the sink trap (I had to go and buy what it had to) etc) but I forget to re-report the scratched sink so it will not be taken care of. (yes you have to indicate it twice) The after-sales service is in progress, after xx reminders, still no information on the intervention dates. I am told that it is confinement. And since I paid for everything, I have no way of putting pressure. In short, they are not traders, they only do business in a bad sense. Please note that SAS SYLVANA, which owns the store, has many franchised stores (cuisinella, ixina, etc.) in the Montpellier-Avignon area. It's the same credo everywhere: The customer is a pigeon! Run away!
