A bad experience. A delivery deadline not respected. Delivery costs which go from "free" to "paying for an amount of 120 €" without explanation to finally be "paying for an amount of 150 €" when the delivery man announces the long-awaited arrival of your sofa. So you end up "hanged" because the order has already been made and an undelivered sofa would not be of much use. Ditto for the announced delivery time which is not respected, once you have paid we don't care how long the customer waits since in any case he has no other choice but to wait. If the store offers very nice models, I think that customer satisfaction is an argument that does not seem to matter to the management and / or the staff of the brand. It’s a shame. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

Hello, we made a sofa purchase in this XXL store in Avignon where we were received with sympathy and understanding according to our expectations. They happen that after six months we had a problem with the seams and they replaced the sofa with new reinforced seams. They have a very knowledgeable and well organized delivery team, I highly recommend this store for your furniture purchases.

Client from Limoges and very well received. The product went from Italy to Limoges via Bordeaux and therefore ordered from Avignon but very happy with the acquisition.
