Store hours, posted on the door and on the internet, 20:00 closure. However, they don't let anyone in after 19:30. Not even for a very specific thing, no need to browse the entire labyrinth... Very annoying.

Couldn't get what I wanted without having to track down a salesperson. Took a very very long time. Then took ages for them to log it on their system and make sure it was in store. Pick up was outside which took also time... Left exhausted and frustrated.

Many people not wearing masks properly, or at all. Staff and security doing nothing about it

The best and cheap option to furnish your home in France! And the restaurant has nice/healthy foods + the desserts and cappuccino are great!

Service Client is rubish. Especially for Enterprise try to avoid, if you have a choice go for other shops.
