EBP PAIE SOLUTION AUTONOMOUS, hell, software that continuously bugs, their assistance service that takes a long time to answer you, their RMS service, which cannot find a solution to bugs, and you who keep waiting days lost on the phone, you are anything but independent, to avoid, I regret the investment, this is not a payroll software, you have to look elsewhere if you want to be productive. Want to howl, but no one is listening to you !!!

It's a shame ... EBP of software that has remained in another era. We have just changed after 10 years of use and we can see the difference, a real cloud where we do not have to download software (Citrix) to open our ERP. The SDK and APIs are accessible, so our invoices and customers are entered automatically without having to enter them by hand. No bugs and perpetual delays. We would have stayed on EBP, but given their delays on the others it was no longer possible. As we cannot answer directly, I am clarifying here. You are lying and saying anything since over all our licenses in Commercial Management PRO online, SAAS mode there has been no change ...... In addition, for users, I would point out that they will not be able to use it on mobile without a paid third-party app. The same goes for modifying the layout of your invoices / quotes / delivery note ... You have to go through EBP or a service provider who charges 700 € / day for minor modifications.

A hyper-available and responsive sales and assistance service, in addition with good humor, that warm people on the phone have always been a pleasure in two years.

Lots of bugs on their cloud servers ... really disappointed given the monthly price, too bad you can't change your business management software when you've been using it for 2 years already. While waiting to find better if we have the time since it is not our job as an entrepreneur.
