The anesthesiologist Dr BAHLOUL was obnoxious. While I was in pain, he only berated me about the position to take for the epidural when I was doing my best. It is unacceptable knowing that there is an overrun of 150 €, to be treated in this way. On the other hand, the midwives and auxiliary nurses were adorable.

Very very disappointed with my experience in this clinic. I thought I would give birth in a privileged environment ... pain management was zero, the service was overloaded. I suffered for very long hours, without any solution being offered to relieve me. I therefore do not advise you to give birth during a weekend ... I had an emergency caesarean, which went well. I opted for the studio room at € 175 per night, thinking I was comfortable. The clean looking room turned out to be very dirty on the floor. The maids entered despite my nakedness in the room and brushed succinctly up between my legs while I expressed my milk. Privacy non-existent. The back office is a mess without a name. 3 semblance of different crossed out and handwritten invoices were edited in a month because there were errors each time. Moreover, several services were invoiced when we did not benefit from them. The checks are cashed whereas to this day, I still do not have an invoice worthy of the name to present to my mutual (since the remainder of the charge is also false). It's a shame. I award 2 stars for midwives and nursery nurses who are attentive and caring. I will not renew my experience at this clinic

We just released URBAN 5 Frankly a team but super nice I am very satisfied that my wife gave birth in this clinic Motivated dynamic team present all the time we need advice, even at 2am for our baby I would come back for the 2nd 3rd ....

I wanted to thank all the teams and particularly Dr De Lannoy and Fanny Chabaud for their help during the preparation of my stay and my delivery. They were able to listen and be very responsive. I had a little complicated background and a lot of apprehensions about this birth, and sincerely everything went very smoothly and serenely thanks to the whole team. We were therefore able to welcome our little boy in a calm and peaceful environment. Thank you again a thousand times for your involvement. There will not be a third child for us, so I will not tell you soon but I will be sure to recommend you to anyone who asks me for advice!

Hello, I send you a thank you message, I am Madame Sabrina I gave birth at the URBAIN5 maternity ward on August 25, 2020 and I would like to thank all your team from A to Z, all the midwives, all the nurses, the nursery nurses, the masseuse, and not to mention my Gyneco Madame Piketty. The maids were awesome too. The 2 midwives who were there from start to finish who were extremely patient with me I am really very very satisfied with the staff !! I hope to forget anyone !!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for a happy stay !!!! You gave me the happiness of being the happiest Good luck to all the team !!!!!
