Catastrophic. Unable to reach them. It's been 5 days since I declared a claim with them, they told me that a certain repair company was going to call me to fix an appointment, without news from them I called them back to have news, one (GMF) tells me that the file was sent to the authorized repairer and the other (repairer) tells me that he received nothing. It's been 5 days that it lasts. And when I try to call GMF, unreachable.
Big problem of communication and management of customer contracts. It's a shame.
