Very very very disappointed, impossible to reach you, disaster of December 2019, and still not reimbursed following a skiing accident on the slopes that my daughter had. We are still awaiting reimbursement .. the file has been completed, complete and still no news. I try to reach someone on the phone but still always the answering machine. I hope this message will speed up my case.

Hello. I'm sorry to leave this bad advice, but I never, ever get to someone on the phone. following a ski accident my daughter which happened on December 30, 2019 we have not yet been reimbursed ... of course the covid has good back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!! each time I am told, saying that an invoice is missing !!!!!! or hospital paper !!!!, or that I am not in the right department or I do not yet know what excuse to take me for a ride; I have always paid school insurance for 20 years of my children and this from the start I AM NOT SATISAFIT AT ALL AND HOPE THAT A RESPONSIBLE TAKES MY DAUGHTER'S FILE IN HAND ..
