Absolutely happy! I live abroad and I went through several agencies in the region before arriving at Laforet Vedene. And I can say they did the impossible. My house was not easy to sell and thanks to their professionalism, determination and kindness my house was sold in record time. Aurélie and Gilles did a wonderful job. Thanks again to them!

Pros ???? We called on the Laforêt Vedène agency to estimate our property for sale. 1st oral estimate which corroborated with what we thought, and which was confirmed to us by other agencies. 1st surprise upon receipt of the estimate file: the price is no longer the same but has undergone a slight revision !!! minus 25,000 to minus 40,000 € !!! Sure, it's much easier and faster to sell at a cut price. It doesn't change much for their commission, (does it?) Which does not drop and is totally unjustified ... it doesn't bother them to speculate downwards on the fruit of a working life ... of course, it's not theirs! let's go our way ... not satisfied = no mandate. 2nd surprise: we learn that they have disclosed this same estimate far below its real value to a potential buyer, who had already contacted us directly! little revenge for not having obtained the warrant? don't you have ethics in your profession? don't you have to respect a certain confidentiality? If you have no ethics, you have at least one label: that of dishonest and incompetent people. And anyway, if we have other goods to sell or buy, it will definitely not go through you. So pros? you will make up your mind!
