Disastrous !!! I’ve been a tenant for 10 months, to repair a letter box 4 months of waiting and still no news it is still broken. When a technician gives them back on water heater problems, he does not come back to us is hopefully we will say nothing, 1 month without hot water !!!! Such a shame !
