The rooms are beautiful but So ... while the hospital is understaffed and we are constantly being told "we don't have time to answer all the requests, sorry we were busy with another patient. .. that it is necessary to wait at least 15 minutes before having a urinal and that therefore the patient is obliged to forget himself in his bed and that then he is told while he is soiled in his bed "not serious it is not an emergency you have to wait, try to sleep !! .. that you as a caregiver you try to compensate for these budget restrictions and this lack of staff ... well you are doing yourself threaten with eviction sanctions for you and the patient if you come outside of visiting hours to help your loved one with lunch so that they regain their health as quickly as possible and do not feel demoralized by staff absences. Well no, I say that in these conditions it is a question of mistreatment of the patient but also mistreatment of the loved one who finds himself repressed in his attentions. Instead, we prefer to isolate the patient who loses morale and tell him "You are going to take an antidepressant that will do you good, and then a sleeping pill and then you will put a protection like that you can do in ... and then "And then and this is how we treat but also mistreat. I am outraged. The day when hospitals are no longer in budgetary restrictions, families will be able to respect the internal regulations for visits."

I am absolutely scandalized by the attitude of the nursing staff in the ward where my mother stays at LONGUE JUMELLES hospital. Each time I come to see my mother at variable hours, around ten nursing staff are concentrated in a glass staff near the terrace; they do absolutely nothing but laugh, drink coffee. When I knock on the door I notice their look of exasperation, outraged that we can disturb them. The sight of this mass of staff concentrated in a casual posture is truly shocking to visitors. While all these caregivers are doing absolutely nothing but having fun, I have noticed several times that my mother's roommate calls for help constantly placed on an uncomfortable pierced chair. She said in a small voice "there is someone"; when she sees me "ha yes there is a lady, please". I come in and tell her that I can't get her up, alas. As for my mother, who uses a walker, for the past two weeks no one has accompanied her outside her room, in particular to go to this magnificent ceremonial terrace absolutely empty of patients, which must have cost the taxpayer a fortune. Normal, these caregivers prefer to spend hours chatting with their staff rather than bothering to take the sick out to the air. My mother has been waiting in vain for two weeks for the physiotherapist to give her her first session. I think he is part of the euphoric troop of the glass staff ... But the worst, my outgoing mother in the next few days I am called to tell me that she will be out at 11am in the morning. I then explain that it is impossible for me to come before noon because I work and that I will be leaving between noon and 1 pm. I was then told that it was the doctor who indicated 11 o'clock and that if I want this time to be changed I must contact him. I know that the doctor's office is a few meters from the famous glass staff and I ask if it would not be possible for a person to move (a few meters) to ask the doctor to change the time on the right Release. Categorical NO answer and since this is how we will order an ambulance for transport! No matter how much they save public money on a journey, there are already more of them doing nothing. I got angry by explaining that several times I saw a dozen staff concentrated in the staff doing nothing and that it would still not be impossible to extract one of the jar so that it moves a few meters. Answer NO and they hung up on me! I called the ward back, asking how to contact the hospital director and what his name was. On the internet your told me by hanging up on me a second time. But my little bit of anger had its effect because almost immediately the physiotherapist finally and for the first time presented himself in my mother's room, telling her that tomorrow he was going to make her walk on the magnificent ceremonial terrace. He had to come for more than two weeks ... I have a moving thought for the old lady who is permanently placed on her uncomfortable pierced chair and I hope that my intervention will have caused one of these useless staff to come and put her back in her bed ... Gabegie of nursing staff endowed with a total absence of professional conscience, that is all that you will find in the new hospital of LONGUE JUMELLES; the same staff who will march through the streets to complain about their working conditions?
