House and Garden : mobilier design

At the beginning delivery times 6 to 8 weeks. In the end parcel received 3 months later and obliged to phone customer service regularly to hear from my order. After several contacts I had to be delivered in emergencies ..... It is not. Normal delivery circuit .... No commercial gesture should be made on their part without my asking. But with more than 12 weeks left for a delivery I think the 10% discount they kindly gave me won't be used. In the end, I had to call 5 times and send the same number of emails .... So if you order on this site, courage ..........

Despite a small hitch on the first delivery (damaged furniture) I salute the responsiveness, dynamism and quality of listening of this company. Good quality product, fast delivery (I was warned the day before by the carrier) and a warm welcome from after-sales service. Thank you

Nothing to say about my order and received with surprise a little early. The only downside is a lack of information on the follow-up of the order and the delivery. Hence my happy surprise to have had my delivery earlier than I thought. Good assembly instructions, but big problem for adjusting the doors of my dresser, given the design of the cabinet.

I expected much better ... Furniture of medium quality (melamine), part (one of the desk top) in a different color from what was advertised, screws missing or absent. Finally, catastrophic delivery: 4 hours late without warning and placing the 110 kg package at the door of the building without any help. And yes, 4 hours before I was not alone ... Bad luck for me. This is the first and last time I order from this site.

Order arrived in advance, delivery on time without worries and quality bed. For my part, totally satisfactory purchase (before ordering I had of course read the negative opinions of this shop)
