Very disappointed with my experience with ASC BONNE GARDE! LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, LACK OF COMMUNICATION! following a registration for my daughter in June 2020, we were invited for tests in July which certainly went well! We were supposed to have an answer in the evening ... without any news after 2 days I follow up, I am informed that my daughter is on the waiting list without explanations but that we will come back around in September! September, I am relaunching again I am asked to wait until the classes have not started ... at the end of September I send back a little message to see if there is anything new or if I should plan a registration elsewhere for my daughter and RADIO SILENCE! I find it shameful to give hope to a little 6 year old girl who was happy to do this activity !!!!! after 3 months of really low impatience on your part!
