My mother-in-law came home with a terrible stomach ache, unable to find the cause after a week of surveillance, they got rid of her one night in the emergency room of the CHU in critical condition. After a quick diagnosis, overnight intervention for a serious intestinal obstruction: she should come out without too many consequences! Thank you, Nantes University Hospital. We will also note the lack of respect of certain nurses or night care assistants for their lack of listening and respect.

I saw an emergency for a severe infection of a tonsil. Between the arrival at the emergency room at 8:30 am and the operation at 11:30 am everything happened extremely quickly, no waiting, I was perfectly managed and taken care of by competent, attentive and very pleasant staff. No complaints ! Modern, clean equipment, respect for the person, everything was explained to me before and after the operation. I was starting from a negative a priori and I was very pleasantly surprised! Well done to the teams! 😉

I am amazed to see all these negative reviews. Over the past 2 years, I have dealt with 2 different surgical departments and frankly I have always had a warm welcome from both the secretaries and the surgeons. In the radio service idem. And during my hospitalizations I had the right information, of course you have to wait a bit, but given the number of patients I am not within a quarter of an hour. As for the food, I had no complaints it is true that I am not picky and then it gets worse! so it is unequivocal that I recommend this hospital.

Very bad experience at the Confluent clinic. Secretaries are not friendly, they don't take care of people but files, they don't explain anything and avoid answering. As for the doctor in the nuclear medicine department, he makes numbers, he takes care of patients in groups of 2 or 3 and does not take the time to talk to the patient or to the family. Avoid if possible. The staff at the Jules Verne clinic are kind, attentive to their patients and the doctors take the time.

Horrible! I've just never seen such rude secretaries, whether in private or in public. Not to mention the incredible cost of parking! You have to pay for the attractive aspect of this structure but I hope I don't have to go back again.
