The place is super quiet with the little ticks of pendulum swinging. Opposite to the pendulum you can see graffiti walls and sometimes you can see people making them. We went there for a photoshoot, it turned out good. I have uploaded the video of the place, have a look, you might get an idea of what the place is like.

The idea of the artist is very good - only I didn't like the lack of maintenance of the site.

Does the place seem abandoned to you? It's normal, the work of Roman Signer, produced for the VAN (Voyage to Nantes) is entitled: "The pendulum" It is located on the left bank of the Loire, after the charming village of Trentemoult, this tall building red is an absurd clock, 7m long without needle, which shows the decay of the building: a concrete plant dating from 1960). Nothing can be visited inside, but the path is always open. Small excursion to do when you visit Trentemoult, the new shuttle bus docking at the foot of the gray crane on the island of Nantes will give you a beautiful view of this work from the boat station located near the Esclain shipyards. As a bonus you will have the "quai des barques" a brand new brasserie and superb views of the Loire
