Gérôme, the hairdresser is a very nice person. However, I find it very abrupt. He hit my head with the hair dryer (I had already told him twice, plus explanation, why I didn't want a blow-dry !!! He didn't respect my decision at all and that cost an arm !!!!! Shampoo 13E + Bain Kerastase 8E (he missed insulting me to accept this treatment) + Cut (DE) transformation + Styling (NOT REQUESTED) 28E !!!!! for a Total of 72E !!!!!! that's really THEFT !!!!!!!!), he was pulling my hair very hard too, I was screaming !!!! I thought he was professional but I was wrong and I am completely disappointed and discouraged with this disrespect of hairdressers in France .... He will say that it is because I do not speak French but no mr, it is not of all that!!! I do not know the appropriate vocabulary but I understand perfectly well and I manage to make myself understood very well it is you who do not respect the client .... I find myself there with short hair in addition ... cut without shape that I couldn't catch up because I would look like a boy otherwise ....

I didn't have a good time at all. The hairdresser spoke to me very badly throughout the service. She was not attentive to my request she started the service without offering a quote that I had to ask but which was not even explained to me. I asked for a scan showing what I wanted everything seemed ok but I only learn at the end that it's not possible to have what I want (which I can understand but it's unprofessional not to inform the client). Then the general mood is not suitable for a hairdresser, my towel was not tied and therefore must have fallen off during the rinse and the hairdresser berated me for not holding it. The hairdresser responds curtly when asked a question and takes a personal call right in the middle of the shampoo without even bothering to apologize. Hairdressers refuse clients because they comb their hair. I really find their behavior unacceptable and moreover the service was very expensive for in the end having spent an unpleasant moment and a result that does not suit me. I have never published negative opinions but if I may allow someone to avoid spending this type of moment I do it with pleasure.

Big lack of professionalism and discretion. Never again.
