Franck Provost - Coiffeur Creteil

Context: my hairdresser being on leave, I went to the Franck Provost salon in Créteil soleil (offering cuts without appointment). Strongly disappointed. Indeed, despite a scalp problem requiring specific products, it is mandatory to go through the shampoo box if you want to hope to have your hair cut (even if you wash them just before at home). I ask for a precise cut with a photo to make myself better understood. In the end, the cut has nothing to do with it. The hair length is almost the same everywhere. 31 € for this result. Price almost double compared to a classic hairdresser for a dismal result. A friend who was not a hairdresser had to make up for it. I wouldn't get caught in it anymore.

I gave my mom a little gift. She was very satisfied, the welcome was great and she would like to come back. Conclusive experience, I recommend.

I wanted to take my two year old daughter to have her hair cut to this establishment. I was then told that my daughter had to wear a mask to enter the living room and keep it for the duration of the cut. Which is absolutely illegal and even dangerous: for children up to two years old, the mask poses a risk of suffocation. It's scandalous! Establishment strongly discouraged, especially for children. My daughter was obviously able to have her hair cut without a mask at another hairdresser, who found my mishap quite surprising.

Refuses to take a 3-year-old child on the pretext that he does not have a mask (we will not talk about the law which does not oblige him) while another salon took him without hesitation

I would have to pay more attention to the negative opinion. I accepted a little useful treatment under the strong insistence of the shampooer (not even a mask, a few drops in the hair) which inflated the score by 50%. No respect for customers, it borders on a scam. I strongly advise against.
