Completely zero and zero consideration for its customers. I booked 2 massage sessions by phone. At the time of the appointment we open the door saying to ourselves "I did not note the meeting and my colleague is not there, sorry goodbye" ... that's the end of the story. Zero out of twenty a pity not being able to put zero star because even one is already too much ...
