Following an error by the reception employee, I had to leave myself the sum of 230 euros for having had the vehicle only 1 hour in my possession. I really do not recommend this rental agency that uses these customers.

Uncomfortable hours for a car rental agency. Staff relatively friendly but nothing more. Small parking to park rental cars. Correct prices in the average rating. Well located near Rer A but far from the city center.

Schedule not at all arranging and recall of my car after 4 days of use while I rented for 21 days ... Prices are reasonable and the vehicles are clean. I was always satisfied by Avis so even if this experience was disappointing, I would rent again at home.

Detestable experience with the real sensation of being stolen! We rented a van from Friday to Monday for our move (mandatory as closed on Saturdays). In return, a micro-flake was barely visible on the plastic shock (no idea when it was done, we had no hitch with who / anything). For this micro scratch 2 cm long and not painting, the modest sum of 237 € was billed to us is more expensive than the price of the rental !!!!! . To flee at all costs, the next time we will need we will return to Ada who is in Saint Maur also and whose service we had much more satisfied
