Note 5/5: After an accident I had a loan vehicle, a Fiat 500x not being comfortable with this vehicle (a little too big and high when driving) I asked to change the car no problem the rental manager changed my vehicle for a smaller one the next day. No problem picking up and returning the vehicle, the rental manager and super friendly he even dropped me off at the bus station (which is a twenty minute walk from the rental) so that I can take the bus back home me again thank you to you sir.

Thieves ! I reserved a truck with them 48 hours before the date but error on my part I wanted to cancel, the only answer I have is "if you are less than 72 hours from the reservation date, the cancellation will do but you will not be reimbursed!
