I was tempted to do my tires at home following an ad I got on my windshield as the prices were very good. I didn't know this garage at all. When I got there, given the reception I had, I turned straight around. I had barely finished my questions when the receptionist moved on to the next person. I started clearly because with the inexpensive tires I need a little more information on the origin and the quality. I just needed to be reassured. They are obviously incapable and that’s a shame. Also from the outside it can be seen that this is a real factory. Is the service well done? There was a client who complained about poor parallelism. A job quickly done badly But hey as they say the quality at a price. I prefer to pay more and be reassured about the quality of my tires and the parallelism and especially a little consideration of the mechanic.

Excellent professionals. After having twice tried to balance my winter wheels on a BMW X5 G05 at various tire specialists, Creteil Pneu alone did an excellent job (no more vibration). Also very nice, having explained my setbacks they did not offer to test after balancing and to go back if the vibration problem persisted. a big thank-you!

Correct welcome from the manager who is quite accommodating. The technicians in the workshop do not speak French very well. Difficult to communicate with them. I had my tires changed at the front. It took an hour. Tire balancing and fitting OK. Rims found scratched all around! Proposed prices: neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. The garage is not very well maintained. Hard to recommend unless you don't care about your rims.

Arrive already you freak out on their premises. Then you talk to them .. No hello they are at the end of their life guys. They make you wait in passing two people arrive after me .... enter their vehicles. Asks me to move ... I made a direct U-turn. Fortunately, they didn't touch my car. And seen the reviews before me do not go. It's hot.
