Il y a un peu plus d'un an, je suis passé dance ce centre pour rééquilibrer mes pneus (qui étaient neuf mais avaient été mal fait, je croyais). Le vendeur m'a suggéré de revenir après un certain temps pour inverser le positionnement des roues, histoire de niveler l'usure des gommes. Ce qui est normal. Un peu moins de m'apercevoir deux jours plus tard que l'un des écrous antivol n'avait pas été remis - ou avait été peu serré et s'était barré. J'ai mis ça sous le compte de l'accident, je l'ai remplacé par un écrou normal (à mes frais) et je n'y ai plus pensé. Aujourd'hui je retourne dans le centre et je demande d'effectuer ce changement de position des roues. La dame à l'accueil me dit "non, on ne fait pas ça". Je lui demande des explications, elle se borne "non, on fait pas ça". Je suis parti en m'excusant de vous avoir pris pour un centre de mécanique. En fait vous êtes des CLOWNS !! J'avais pas compris.

TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY. Chaotic repairs and checks. 1 / Forgetting to replace the engine oil cap which caused a breakdown 2 / changing an unnecessary part (600 €) because a new car and in addition again forgetting to put an important part back in place, which got us into big trouble. The car therefore did not pass the technical control. A professional mechanic confirmed to us to flee from Speedy and that the work on the car was neither done nor to be done. It’s a shame and a scandal and the least thing would be compensation with a commercial gesture. On the other hand, as explained in the comment below, even less go to Speedy if you are a woman.
