CATASTROPHIC !!!!!!!! Top garage at Maisons Alfort: we drop off the car for repair. They provide us with rapid support and we never heard from any news. We had to call several times to tell us that the deadline was being pushed back day by day. They even wanted to block my car for 5 days, because the secretary did not see the problem because the car could have been recovered on a Friday noon. Friday noon when we are at work .... The latter was insolent and contemptuous on the phone. The mechanic is extremely virulent and aggressive when we just want to recover and never have to deal with this mask of professionalism again. Result: a car left on Wednesday and Friday nothing was done. We understand that the deadlines can be lengthened with the current situation, but the least thing is to warn customers so that we can organize ourselves and not be available to them. They have surely forgotten that we too are clients, we have constraints like them, and when without communication and honesty we do not gain anything. I really hope I don't have to deal with this mediocre garage anymore and can't understand how the people who work there can come home with a sense of a job done and a secure customer relationship ...

What to start with. Problems presented on my diesel city car: engine diagnostic warning light on, loss of power and cross-type cruise control. Car left at D-0 at 9am with the promise of a reminder at the end of the morning or the beginning of the afternoon for submission of a quote after identification of the failure. 5 p.m. still nothing. I call, they explain to me that nothing has been done, mechanic taken on something else, that they will call me the next morning. Obviously without any excuse. Reminder at D + 1 10h, the mechanic explains to me that the DPF is clogged, tells me to start the machine and reminds me in the aprem. 5 pm no news, I call and the same. The mechanic did not have time, the car will be ready the next day at the end of the morning. Still no excuses. I finally make the decision to go get the car because I need it. I arrive, I am charged for a troubleshooting for an unresolved problem. I explain that I will not pay anything since the problem for which I left my car has not been resolved. Obviously I was finally forced to do so under penalty of leaving on foot. The mechanic intervened to defend the secretary and was aggressive and threatening. He left the car for me on purpose in front of a mud puddle. And of course, the secretary, the mechanic and their other colleague weren't wearing a mask. Result: 2 days without a car, 1h30 round trip to drop it off and return to find it (thank you Parisian traffic jams) and 70 € less. They are in full power and know their customers are under pressure. They claim an overload of work that can be understood in this period but do not consider the needs of their customers, do not communicate and in addition, are aggressive and threatening. Do not go there.

I couldn't start my car one morning. Obliged to use jumper cables and another vehicle. Confinement period requires, I phone this garage, one of the only ones open on Maisons-Alfort. Very friendly person on the phone, I decided to go there to make a diagnosis. A man receives me and tests my battery, engine running, with a voltmeter: 12V. "It's not the battery, it works, it's your alternator, you have to change it. But it's not the same price." After information taken by phone, he told me about 300th of alternator and 150 € of labor HT (2 hours of work). A total of approximately € 500 including tax. Ok. I'm thinking and I'm coming back to you! Note that at this time, after driving a few kilometers, the car started from now on without any worries! I return to my home, ask around, do some additional tests (battery + alternator) using a voltmeter and it turns out that my battery is charging! The alternator is therefore not HS and even functions correctly. The battery, due to low usage and very short trips, was just a little too low (12.1V). After having recharged it using a battery charger overnight, it is now at 12.6V and the car now starts without any problems. I therefore strongly advise against this garage which makes partial diagnoses and encourages you to consume even if you do not need it at all.

Insulting character, allows himself to smoke and send me his smoke in the face. Refusing to do his job, he left without helping me (probably to avoid going to Paris on a day of strike, but in this case there he expresses it clearly instead of insulting me and leaving as a thief leaving me on the low side)

Refused to tow me while the police at the scene of the accident asked me to tow it to avoid any serious accident! The wheel of the vehicle could explode at the slightest jolt!
