The administrative staff are lovely. Really thank you to them for our wedding.

This Thursday, October 25, 2019 around 15:00. I met an elected mayor at the entrance to whom I said hello (red white blue scarf). This one turned away while ignoring me and without answering me. He was just good to send me to the front desk without any consideration. I could have stopped at this bad experience but this behavior contrasts with the staff who were courteous and polite in all circumstances.

Warm welcome and pleasant and rigorous staff

Lack of competence screaming at the civil status. Procedures in place for more than a year completely unknown to some people, error in the entry of files, search of computer file excessively long. Training or even dismissal for professional misconduct existing staff more fully justified. Strongly municipal, that the team in place changes and that a cleaning is done in the workforce
