I am very annoyed by the lack of professionalism of this florist! I ordered online a bouquet of flower for a birthday dated 09/18/2020 morning delivery and it was delivered on 09/19/2020 afternoon. At no time did anyone try to contact me and they did not respond to the email! The goal of a delivery scheduled for a specific date is precisely to respect it otherwise there is no more interest! I absolutely do not recommend deliveries to this florist who a priori has little importance and respect to customer satisfaction.

Order for Mother's Day made online for delivery. I paid for a "country BASKET" but received a carved stone. The florist preferred to leave the product selected on the site, although he had no basket and never called to see anything else with me. His excuse was the large number of orders.
