The management is very rude. In addition, the opening hours are not respected. It is 4:45 pm, it is more than 30 minutes that we wait in front of the shop with several customers to collect our packages. There is simply a poster with marked "in delivery". In short, if you do not want to lose your day, run away.

RELAY PACKAGE TO FLEE !!!! LIKE THE LADY SAID TO ME "WE MAKE EXPRESS NOT TO ANSWER THE TELEPHONE WHEN IT IS FOR A PACKAGE" !!!! THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT BY MAKING RELAYS PACKAGES IT IS THEY WHO ARE AVAILABLE AND NOT THE REVERSE !!!!

The service is not worth 1etoile but 0. Saleswoman not kind you ask for pink she takes a handle to pull out (faded or not) packs your bouquet that does not look like NOTHING and announces the price without even looking at you!
