Only salespeople, no expertise and no reliable advice. If you need to understand the terms of the contract, definitely don't go, you're wasting your time. Suddenly everything by phone, and even then you have to find the right person, not always easy. I came to get information on my franchise, I found myself with a dispute opened against my will (and without evidence!) While an advisor had told me to make a complaint to have the contract information, let it be going like that ... ridiculous

My mother called about a report to be sent by mail, she was told by phone to go to the agency because it was easier. What she did yesterday accompanied by my 20 month old son. Refusal to let her enter the agency because due to the covid children are prohibited in the agency ... supposedly displayed (is this legal?) Not at the entrance but in the well hidden agency. Refusal to take his document, request for explanations via Facebook but messages deleted and no contact from the agency. Illegal and unprofessional attitude! I really do not recommend this agency. Thank you for your answer, a ready-made sentence that does not resolve anything and really advances the debate ...
