Red alert on this "lawyer". It is the shame of the Créteil bar. Once paid, he stops responding, playing dead. I am at two years of procedure, he refuses to return my file when it has been paid. A group of customers has filed a criminal complaint against him. Join them. It is unimaginable that this charlot should not be removed from his profession. When we realize the extent of his scams and the support he enjoys to keep his title as a lawyer, he will be in Le Parisien. He attacks the helpless little ones, he deserves to be locked up and bankrupt.

It doesn't even deserve a star. He takes your money, and does nothing ... then no longer answers your calls or your emails, I lost 9 months of procedure and money because of him! A piece of advice, run away from it. I had to call the President and even with the letter from the President asking him to reimburse me he did everything not to reimburse me I had to make an appointment under another name! It is a ESCROC in all its splendor!

Appointment is made with Master JUNIK in 08/2015 for a dispute which opposes me to my tenants (non payment of rents for 1 year and a half). I meet him, pay him a provision on fees, namely 950 €. I raise him several times, he tells me that he took a date in court for 11/2015. Weeks, months go by. I'm relaunching it, no news. I appeal to the president to recover my money. Mr JUNIK is condemned to repay the sums that I paid him. He literally plays dead. Stop taking my calls and answering my emails. I decide to make a fake appointment. I show up at his office and he tells me that he would have written the check two days earlier. Having seen things coming, I sign a letter of withdrawal and get my money back!
