Following the seller's response, I moderate my comment and go back to my appreciation. I deeply regret that this gentleman did not explain everything he says below. Indeed, for the customer, if we do not explain to him why, at the time of the purchase, a sulphite-free wine contains in fact sulphites, that the asserted wine Bio is actually in conversion towards the bio and that, of surplus there is a tingling tasting ... which according to the seller is normal (even after 24 hours this said), it is understandable that we feel wronged. Because if he had given me these explanations during the sale, I would have kindly refused this purchase, especially at 13 € a bottle. cordially
