My request: repair of a YAMAHA master red key from the sending of my ECU box, an original black key and the neiman.
My motorbike has not been driven for 3 months because of a company which clearly has major communication and organizational problems, huge delays and an obvious lack of openness.
A month wasted trying to reach them to request a quote, 3 more weeks to get it (when I had to have it during the day) and 1 month for sending the parts! ... (while telling me that my package would leave the next day, give me a Chronopost tracking number, and do not ship ...) My package left their premises only after having threatened them with formal notice).
