The company intervened at the request of the police (burglary), I only found out on my return. This is the bright side. The manager (or manager), on the other hand, was extremely impatient, bordering on threats (I felt threatened), all because ... be careful ... I wanted my insurance to confirm the taking charge of the bill, and because I wanted to pay by card ... The insurance took maybe 20 minutes to confirm that, and yet the person lost his temper after 30 seconds. Now the man I had in front of me absolutely wanted a check there right away without understanding anything, without giving any paper attesting to the service, and he was extremely overwhelmed, and on the verge of fizzing out for a history of card payment and invoice for insurance. As if I were a brigand who was going to run away without paying. One more point, I also had 2 different amounts announced in a weekend, for a service of several hundred euros, and the final amount announced exclusive of tax until the last minute (when paying by card): it is illegal for individuals not to mention the TTC at the outset. Me, I never refused to pay, even when the amount seemed to me to take advantage of the weak situation in this situation (service not directly sponsored) Too bad the police collaborate with them ...
