Hotel Paris Bercy Le 209

First time in Paris. Booked via our travel group. Great place. Front desk was Very helpful and friendly and everyone knows multiple languages. Breakfast was fabulous each day. We rode the metro everywhere. Easy access just around the corner. Maid service superb. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommend!!

The room was larger than expected for Paris with a lovely balcony you could sit on to watch the outside world. Rooms modern and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful eg took the time to speak french with me. Breakfast was fresh with good choices. Extremely close to the metro .

Hotel is convenient, but the girl at the front desk (Pauline) was extremely nasty & rude, from the beginning til the end. Everyone was so pleasant and nice except for her. I ask her to heat up my food and she threw it away and acted like it was an accident. I tried being nice to her but she was still rude to me, Pauline needs to learn how to treat her customers politely. I would definitely come back if she was not there.

I booked a room from October 6th -8th in 2019. My plans changed and now this Hotel is charging me $313. This is the worst service I have EVER received in all my years traveling and booking with Hotels. I would NOT recommend this hotel as they are rude and will rob you blind.

Excellent stay. Even though we arrived early we were already able to get our room. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Although the room was a little small it was cost, always clean and up to standard. Our stay was fabulous.
