Rigid attitude and non-existent sense of service. For the purchase of a single box of paracetamol, the cashier requires my vital card when it is an over-the-counter medication ... And when I courteously asked for a second box for my elderly mother with severe pathologies, I was told that she had to move herself or that I had to come back the next day ... In full confinement, this suggestion is totally inappropriate ... Fortunately, the other pharmacies in the neighborhood are showing more diplomacy, empathy and kindness. The restrictions linked to the health situation should not be the pretext for this type of behavior that I have not encountered in any other pharmacy in the sector during the same period ...

Very bad experience! We serve a client before my eyes by presenting him with 3 different boxes of gloves to choose from and when I ask (2 minutes later) for a box of gloves, the boss signals to her employee not to give me one! We call that refusal to sell! Lamentable!
