Following a problem I had to go with this police station, before moving I had two police officers on the phone to the very nice and professional complaint service who asked me to come to file a complaint. So I moved, and at the reception the lady was not at all welcoming, as if I were bothering her and she judges that filing a complaint for scam is not worth it. Are you a receptionist or a police officer ???? To judge this. Too bad this is the first face we see at the reception, its gives a very bad image of the police station, while the police behind are nice.

Competent, efficient and attentive police. When filing a complaint, using the online pre-complaint service, this office does everything necessary to respect the schedules and the custodian of the complaint. Suddenly, this approach becomes less painful. These officials deserve a little less cramped offices.

Home mixed. At the intercom the agent is correct but cold at first. He tells me everything is online for the loss reports. I inquire "seemingly bad" online that sends me to the nearest police station. And here the reception is on a tone of reproach: "you can inquire", "it's been 3 years that we do not do that anymore". And all that politely of course, but with that contemptuous tone that reminds you that when you are in distress, falling on the right person who can help is the lottery. Thank you, because in my panic of having lost my papers for the first time, the police station of Chennevières was very reassuring ... I thank the agent for his kindness and his little tone full of empathy. The colleagues I met were more fun.
