One star because you can't put less. A member of staff at this station is as competent as the company itself. Notice this is the image and the DNA of the company. Request a Navigo pass for work and find yourself with a Navigo discovery pass. Request information for a ticket valid for any area and all weekend and you will be referred to the website. Fortunately, at Saint Quentin station they respond and help the customer for a while. I do not ask to be taken by the hand but I ask a minimum of information. The two times that I dealt with this person at the counter I felt like a perfect asshole seen in the tone that this person answered. I recommend the machine, at least say hello and thank you for your visit while being competent to see more, seeing that the counter is regularly closed as strike and snow (11h if I remember correctly, there is no there was no one left for the information). (I warmly thank the person who comes from the north to replace the counter during strike time who is at least concerned with their work and does what they can do with a smile. It is so much more pleasant ...)
