The person in charge of the residence is always listening whatever the problem is at any time, just call him if he is not in his office. I highly recommend

Here for almost a year, I do not regret my choice, the cafeteria offers a variety of dishes. The residence is well maintained and it is good to live there. In addition, the manager is friendly and excels in his work much more than necessary. He is considerate and reacts very quickly in case of problems. There is no better student residence than this one in Maisons Alfort.

Very good residence. Locals very correct and new, very well located, shops just opposite and a metro at the exit of the residence. A very calm and clean residence. Excellent residence, clean and new. The manager is helpful and manages the residence very well and makes sure to maintain a good environment. The breakfast served daily is great. The location is ideal 10 meters from the metro station and bus stops and vélib. Trade and an intermarché are in front. I had a pleasant stay and I recommend it.

I spent 6 months very pleasant in this residence. Even if it is a little distant from downtown Paris, metro 8 is close to the front door and all amenities. The stage manager is always listening and ready to discuss each problem.
