Ad received in my mailbox although I had specified "No ads"

We called on the company Folker in 2015 to rejuvenate our building roof which was starting to date. Result: we paid an excessive price (+ 60k €) for a service of poor quality since only a few elements were changed and the job was very poorly done. Indeed, since we have multiple water infiltration because the work was botched, the recommendations of the DTU roofing were not respected at all, a handyman of Sunday would have done the job better. Now the woodwork of the roof is taking water from all sides, they are rotting, we have damage for tens or even hundreds of thousands of euros, in short, it's a disaster. This company has never admitted its wrongdoing, it has never wanted to repair this, it has never applied the ten-year guarantee, in short to flee !!
