He does not answer the mails (his site does not work, but I have another one that told him he was working) He does not answer the phone either (even the one he's with me contacted during the visit) This is the second time he comes, the first time (a few months ago) after his visit we did not have any news, but he told me it was because one of the requested works was out of his skills that he did not follow up ...
