Very appreciable store for customers, I recommend this store .. The sales area is super large with a vast choice we can only find happiness! The staff listens to our needs with clear advice.

Very disapointed!!! Fewer and fewer items in stores. Other than clothes, you won't find much! For all childcare equipment (stroller, cozy, bathtub, ...) we refer you to their website. So you can't see the articles to compare them, which is a shame for stroller duos for example! The website is very complete, a lot of product at correct prices ... BUT when you order the delivery times are never respected, it can take extra months and without being informed! 2nd order and 2nd sad same experience! Customer service is difficult to reach. I have already had to cancel (and not without difficulty) an order because of this for a cozy (which I ultimately found cheaper and delivered in 2 days from a competitor). And I currently have the same problem that occurs on a 2nd order in progress (baby cooker, rattle and mirror). For me verbaudet it's over and hello competition !!!
