No skill, avoid online orders, more than 2 months waiting without packages and no refund ... I am made to wait by having me fill several times the same documents and no progress! Deplorable services !!!!

I strongly recommend against this shop !! My son bought a basketball pair (too big). We return 5 days later for an exchange (plus its size, I understand) so finally a refund. This is refused because my son scribbled the box! The seller recognizes that the shoes have never been worn but the 2 pencils on the box prevent reimbursement !! Unacceptable !! A tip: take care of the boxes for a possible exchange / refund !! Much more than the sneakers themselves !! LOL
