Hertz - Fontainebleau - Rue Grande

Friendly and professional, quick, unbureaucratic. We came with a Hertz car from Germany and lent a smaller one here. They guarded the big one with all our luggage inside, which was very convenient.

Terrible customer sevice. No one in the shop speaks english. Upon return of the car they claimed I scratched the car. When I said I did not have any accidents they just laughed. After two weeks I received a bill of over 400 Euros in my credit card with no proper budget for the repair. Staff was unwilling to give more information. Stay away! Avis is just across the street and service is much better.

Car loan by assistance. Deposit very very high compared to other signs for the same type of vehicle. So vehicle returned earlier because not quiet.
