For now everything was going well, until the penultimate order, they have cashed the amount, but never book, and the ... for another order ... it seems to happen the same, and yet the other orders went pretty well

Nul ... On a pink rose bouquet ordered at 80 €, half were orange and all delivered at 21h the day requested. For me, the order is absolutely not honored. Customer service absent.
