You must also insist a little so that they keep you informed of the progress of the work and / where to find another solution when they cannot obtain a part via their supplier: for example: order a second-hand part yourself to have it delivered to the garage. they will deduct the cost of the part from you. The deadline would not have been respected otherwise in my situation and I would have appreciated if they had kept me more informed. Good price and quality of service. In addition, I had made a quote with them in August for my car to pass the technical control and I had asked that they check the condition of the engine. Contrary to what the reception had told me: "they will check everything", the engine was not examined. GOOD POINT: It is the only garage I know in the area that accepts quotes (70 €).
