Worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. AVOID at all costs! 1. They have terminate clause of 3 months whereas other agencies have 1 month 2. They told us that they were fully booked out for the exit inspection but then conducted it on that day without us present 3. They will do everything to keep your security deposit

Terrible experience!!! We are at INSEAD and here to rent for short term like most students and most of us had a horrible experience dealing with them. As its a short term rental the contract doesnt fall under civil code and therefore lets them get away with anything and leaves you with zero recourse. they kept 1100 euro from our deposit and made up ridiculous charges to justifie. and once they get that money they just wont reply to you for clarification. We have left a complaint with INSEAD as they previously endorsed them to make sure future students dont have the same experience as us.

We used MBA housing to help us rent two different apartments and had an excellent experience with both. The whole team was very professional, responsive, warm, and easy to work with when we had a few minor problems with the apartments over the year period that we used MBA Housing. Policies were clearly communicated to us and we received our deposits back in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

It doesn't get worse than MBA Housing. It was a bad experience from the start. Over 60 pages of rental documents and long tedious processes in order to sign a lease. Once I got to the apartment it was very worn down and old compared to the pictures online. The shower head broke in 2 days, the toilet leaked after 4 weeks, and the sink leaked after 2 months. It took MBA Housing 3 weeks to fix the toilet. They never addressed the problem with the sink. On top of this MBA Housing is sneaky in that they put a clause in your lease preventing you from leaving the lease without giving a 3 month notice. This is in direct violation of French Law for furnished apartments. I've rented apartments for over 10 years and this is by far the worst property management company and rental experience I've ever had. DO NOT USE MBA HOUSING! Find other alternatives, you will be much happier.
