Lack of seriousness of this company: cash checks quickly but rarely responds to the sms / phone, great difficulty in fixing the date of the work, last minute cancellations, 2 days of work planned for defoaming and water repellent of our roof which ultimately has was botched in a single half day, result the roof is clean but white traces appeared (perhaps because the drying between cleaning and water repellent was insufficient). I ask for explanations by sending them photos: no answer. The last straw is that we have been asking for our invoice and receipt for 4 months: the checks have been cashed but to date, despite dozens of calls and texts, we have not received any payment (annoying for services supposed to be guaranteed for 10 years). So what must be done so that you deign to respond to our request?
